Any chew toys for budgies?

My budgies apparently love chewing/ripping stuff, like paper. So sometimes I put paper on top of the cage and they'll come over immediately and just start ripping it. They usually don't eat the shreds, but it seems like if they're too small, they'll accidentally swallow it, I'm not very sure. And I know it's not good for them, are there any chew toys/toys they can ruin for them? All the toys they have are mirrors...
