My hermit crab?? Dead or Alive?

Alright, so I have 9 hermit crabs. & I was cleaning the cage today. & I looked at one of my baby hermit crabs. & I found the whole body but not eyes.( big claw, little claw and legs only) & I looked inside the shell and she is all the way tucked in but I see a pink claw and a pink leg in there and she wont come out... I don't know if she is dead or alive I had her for a long time. It looks like inside like a pink baby ( lol ). Please help! I don't want to throw away a alive animal. Is she molting or something...? She looked fine last night! Once again PLEASE HELP!
