Please help if you know what is wrong?

the gland on the right side of my neck has been swollen for a few days, and now starting today, ive had this sick, like feeling of pressure underneath my rib-cage like dead center, also ive been burping a lot, and have like a feeling of mucus in my throat towards the bottom, which is causing me to cough.... ive been known to worry myself, so i want to know if its all in my head or if i should see a doctor, or if anyone knows whats wrong.... that's maybe the best way i can describe it...
