What to do with my rabbits???? please help!!!?

today is july 2nd its BLAZING HOT OUTSIDE. up until this day i have kept my bunnies outisde. i put a 2 l. of frozen water in there cage. the r not directly in the sun...they have some shade by the side of our house. the weird thing is they look like there dead, and they shake...is this bad??? please help
